我們在Shama Ekkamai的三房公寓住了8個月，整體來說體驗有好有壞，但總體來說是積極的。 公寓面積很大，對我們一家四口（4個大人，2個小孩）來說非常舒適。地理位置也很棒——就在Big C Ekkamai超市後面，步行約15分鐘即可到達BTS Ekkamai站和Gateway購物中心。 特別要感謝樓宇經理Jai，她非常出色。她友善、反應迅速且非常專業，任何問題通常都能在24-72小時內解決。維修團隊也非常優秀可靠。 作為Shama這樣知名的品牌，我們原本期待更好的服務。雖然Shama被標榜為服務式公寓，但並不提供早餐、客房清潔和更換床單等服務。搬家也很不方便，因為沒有手推車或搬運車。 遺憾的是，我們與日間保全的接觸並不愉快。物業態度常常不友好，我們被要求承擔一些本應由保安負責的任務。例如，如果要使用地下室卸貨，我們被要求搖下車窗通知保全。大門沒有自動安全欄，保全不會主動檢查司機是否進出，而是每次都要求我們自己告知。作為外國人，這在使用Grab或Bolt等叫車服務時尤其不便，因為司機可能英語不太好。在大多數公寓，這種溝通都是由司機和保全直接進行的，而不是由房客負責。 此外，包裹遞送的安全性也是一個問題。所有遞送的物品都被放在大廳外的桌子上，那裡是指定的遞送區域。不幸的是，沒有任何安全措施來保護包裹，因此被盜是租戶非常擔心的問題。 我們還住在泳池對面，沒有遮雨的走道，下雨天出行很不方便，尤其是有小孩的家庭。 而且，窗戶也不隔音。幾乎每個工作日下午3點以後以及週末，泳池邊都會傳來孩子們的喧鬧聲，而管理人員卻鮮有乾預。 總的來說，Shama Ekkamai 公寓空間寬敞、地理位置優越，且維護服務到位，因此非常適合大家庭居住。但如果能改善安保措施並提高服務式公寓的標準，入住體驗將會大大提升。

毗鄰Big C超市。 雖然房齡稍長，但寬敞的格局（超過200平方米）非常適合家庭居住，大陽台也適合舉辦家庭聚會。 由於主要面向家庭，因此不建議受兒童噪音困擾的人士入住。 允許攜帶寵物，這也是公寓的另一個亮點。 公寓設有成人泳池和兒童泳池，但由於兒童眾多，難以享受舒適的休閒時光。
